ORDER AND PAYMENT

Online web ordering is by Credit Card only: MasterCard, VISA & American Express. It is the policy of Switches Unlimited to charge all credit cards for the full amount at the time of order placement.

All orders paid online by credit card are shipped complete. If any item must be back ordered, the order will not ship until the back order is filled unless purchaser requests otherwise. Additional shipping fees will apply for partial shipments.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION

Switches Unlimited return and cancellation policy is subject to the terms outlined below.

Authorization of return, replacement, restocking charge and credit is often dictated by the applicable manufacturer's product return policies.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning product. Products returned without an RMA # will not be accepted. Returns not related to manufacturers' warranties must be made within 30 days of date of invoice.

Product must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the original condition sent.

Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a restocking charge. Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.

All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of product

All return merchandise authorization requests are not final until the product is received and inspected by Switches Unlimited & Manufacturer of product.

Returns relating to manufacturers' warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer's warranty and the applicable manufacturer's return policies for the Product (e.g., some Products may require return directly to the manufacturer). NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Switches Unlimited will specify at time of order, quote or sale if parts are "NC/NR", (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable) Buyer understands that "NC/NR" products are obtained by Switches Unlimited from the manufacturer specifically for the buyer. Irrespective of circumstances, the buyer agrees that "NC/NR" products may not be cancelled, returned or rescheduled by the buyer without the agreement of both Switches Unlimited’s supplier and the written consent of Switches Unlimited.
